A partial renovation is planned for the complex. The main building disposes of jewellery, a satellite TV room, internet connection against payment and a reception and lobby with a bar. Grecotel Creta Palace offers, in addition to the main restaurant, an a la carte restaurant as well as a pool brasserie and a beach bar. Are you in the mood for a shopping spree? In Grecotel Creta Palace you will find a souvenir shop, a boutique and a mini market. Have a change of style at the hair salon. Then enjoy various coffee specialties in Cafenion in the square of the village. You will be spoilt for choice: go for a swim in the seawater pool of the main building or in the freshwater pool in one of the villages; it goes without saying that there is a special area for children. Let the pool or bar service tempt you with a refreshing drink. The indoor swimming pool of the Creta Palace is heated from October until April. Beach beds, umbrellas and bathing towels both by the pool and on the beach are included in the price of the holiday.

The rooms (DBHM) in the main building of Grecotel Creta Palace are very comfortable and are fitted with bathroom/lavatory, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, telephone, audio equipment, satellite TV, fridge, safe, air-conditioning and a balcony with a view of the sea.
The rooms in the terraced bungalows (DBJ) of the Grecotel Creta Palace are somewhat larger and have an additional lounge which can be used for sleeping in case there is a third person.
The rooms of type DBJH have a side view of the sea.
The family rooms (CBJA) in the bungalows of Grecotel Creta Palace have recently been renovated and are made up of a living area with sleeping possibilities for 2 children as well as a bedroom separated from the living area through a sliding door. The family rooms have a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilette. The upper part of the restored mainsonettes (CJB B) disposes of an open bedroom and a bunk bed as well as a separate toilette and shower. The lower part disposes of a living area with double bed, a lounge and bathroom/lavatory.

The half board service offered by the Grecotel Creta Palace includes among others an American gourmet breakfast with fitness food corner for those who are conscious about their figure while for late-riser there is a continental breakfast. At lunch enjoy the brasserie by the pool or the pension menu of the Grecotel Creta Palace restaurants. Every evening we offer you starters, salads, cheese and dessert served at the buffet. For the main course you can choose from three dishes including a healthy plate of vegetables. The main course is served at the table. Theme evenings are organised as buffets several time a week in the main restaurant of Grecotel Creta Palace (inclusive). For an extra charge you can also attend special evenings. For a fee you can take tennis lessons in Grecotel Creta Palace or enjoy various water sports as you can rent canoes, paddle boats or you can practice windsurfing (only with surf certificate). Take pleasure in a professional massage or relax in the sauna. The Hotel Rithymna Beach, only 3 kilometres away, offers various other possibilities such as waterskiing, jet skiing, catamaran, parasailing and windsurfing (a valid licence is required). In Grecotel Rithymna Beach there is also a PADI diving school and you can rent mountain bikes.

Children and teenager are well cared for in Grecotel Creta Palace:
During the summer months teenagers aged between 13 and 17 will be engaged in special programmes. Grecotel Creta Palace Grecoland offers during the entire season care for 3 to 12 year olds, by the hour before noon and in the afternoon. Kids can let steam off on the playground so that they enjoy the kids dinners.
Especially for children: "Tasty Corner" dishes and drinks between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. inclusive such as: baguettes, sandwiches, French fries, pizza, hot waffles, pancakes, yoghurt, fruit salad, milk, fruit juice and ice-cream.
