Location of the Robinson Club:
The club is perched at a height of 1,270 metres thus offering a breathtaking view over the Inn valley. Opposite the valley there are the mountains of Upper Engadin. The club complex covers an area of more than 46,600 square metres and is situated in the health resort Tarasp Vulpera. St. Moritz is 60 km away, the resort Scoul 3 km and Samnaun 40 km away.
Facilities in your holiday residence:
In the foyer in art nouveau style you will find a bar, while the cosy pine room offers you peace, quiet and relaxation (reading room, TV room with satellite connection and internet café, against payment). The atmosphere heats up towards the evening in the theatre and then later in the NITE CLUB. Other facilities include W-LAN (against payment), the specialties restaurant “Stüva\", the ROBY CLUB, the panorama indoor pool (with a sitting and a relaxation pool), the TV room (satellite TV), the Robin Store and a volleyball court.
Accommodation:
The comfortable 128 family, double and single rooms are divided into seven categories and they are fitted as follows: TV (satellite connection), hairdryer, radio, safe, direct distance dialling telephone, cosmetic mirror, bath robe. The room categories 6 and 7 are simple. The room categories 2-5 have recently been redecorated. The rooms differ from each other in respect of size and facilities. There is limited availability for ‘single with kid’ rooms as well as for economy rooms.
Eating at Robinson Club Schweizerhof:
In addition to the diversified buffet offer (three main meals a day) you can also look forward to a Bistro Line, the specialties restaurant in the evening (open on certain days), the late riser breakfast, the coffee specialties for breakfast and the midnight snack. The drinks served with the main meals in the buffet area, such as soft drinks, beer, table wine, coffee and tee, are included in the price.
Sport in harmony with nature and the soul:
Hiking: Leave the club behind for some time and enter a fascinating and exciting mountainous region. Experienced guides, who are well acquainted with the surroundings, take skilled hikers through the high mountain range and the glacier landscape. There are routes for all levels (some challenging trails are partially accessible by car). Alpine boots, over the ankle, are a must.
Tennis: The use of the four clay tennis courts and of the three indoor courts (granulate) is for free, while a subcontractor offers tennis lessons. The courses and costs on the spot.
Golf: The 9-hole golf course Vulpera (built in 1923) is located in the immediate vicinity of the club. In order to play on the course you need a proficiency certificate (PC), which will be examined by an expert. There is also the possibility of taking lessons from one of the experts from the club. A professional will give you an insight into this sport during a trial lesson (for free) on each Sunday and Monday (on request). Weekly tournaments for guests are also organized (a PC is obligatory). There are three other 18-hole courses a 45-minute drive away.
Horse riding: 9 kilometres away from the club there is a firm that offers horse riding possibilities (you have to drive there yourself, horse riding is not included in the price of your trip). The offer also includes teaching you the basic steps of horse riding as well as beautiful rides through the idyllic mountainous scenery of Engadin, rides that can last several days, and horse-cart rides.
Biking: The Club disposes of its own bicycle station with high quality GIANT bikes for rent. The offered tours are included in the price.
Rafting: A subcontractor ensures rafting tours on the Inn River (against payment).
Games, fun and sport competitions await you during the day as well as volleyball and other exciting games.
Healthy and WellFit®:
The Robinson-WellFit® room (for around 49 Euro, can be booked on the spot) awaits its guests with fresh fruit, a cosmetic basket, fresh flowers and a bath robe. In addition, you are offered a coupon for a WellFit-Spa® treatment.
You can choose from a wide range of relaxation offers, such as diverse saunas, different beauty treatments and massages and the brand new package „A Beautiful Back“ (all except the sauna against payment). The Group Fitness offer includes programmes for the abdomen-legs-bottom, aero step, back gymnastic, Nordic walking, water fit, HOT IRON™ and step-aerobic as well as indoor cycling. The relaxation and stretch exercises and the special ROBINDON Body & Mind Programme ensure the perfect recovery for your body and mind. Other means of feeling good and getting or keeping in shape are the fitness room, the Brechelbath (with herbs and vapours), the Finish sauna and the steam bath. Not included in the price are the solarium and (in the resort Scoul) the experience bath in Irish-Roman baths, sauna landscape and a therapy centre.
Robinson care for teenagers and children:
Children aged between 3 and 12 are organized in groups according to their age and are looked after in the Roby Club from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. (on Saturdays from 4 p.m.). For the elder Robs (over 13 years) there are special entertainment programmes by the hour (except on the main arrival day). There are phone sets and other baby arrangements, however please book in advance as there is limited availability.

Explore the surroundings of Robinson Clubs Schweizerhof:
Experience the sun set while having an Alp breakfast (from middle of June), go on a picnic on the banks of the lake Schwarzsee, visit a cheese diary (from middle of July), visit the Tarasp castle or a typical Swiss village, and go on a horse-cart ride or a hike through the glaciers. Partially against payment, changes in the programme may occur.
Other important things to know:
You can arrive on any day of the week; most of the guests arrive on Saturdays.
You can use your room starting with 3 p.m. On the day of your departure if you wish you can use the room up to the last minute for a fee of 25 Euro (if the room is available and only after consulting with the reception).
