The Robinson Esquinzo Playa and its unique panorama:
This magnificent complex towers over the sea from a height of approximately 40 metres. It disposes of 100 000 square metres, a palm garden and a fantastic sea of flowers. A partially stepped but reconstructed road leads the way to the long, fine sandy beach. The width of the beach varies depending on the tides. As the beaches in Spain are state-owned, beach loungers and sunshades are available only for a fee. The neighbouring complex Robinson Club Jandia Playa is 5.5 km away down the beach while the airport is 80 km away.

The pool facilities include a heated and a normal pool as well as a heated children splash pool. In addition to this, there is also a studio, a theatre, a specialties restaurant, the ROBINSON Store, a bazaar, a quiet area with swimming pool just for adults, the Roby CLUB, a teenager room, the NITE CLUB, bar, an internet station and W-LAN (at extra costs), excellent possiblities for hosting conferences with pyramid seminar structure respectively 3 conference rooms for around 110 people. The entrance, the reception, the well fit oasis, the info centre, the cuisine and the restaurant have been redecorated on the occasion of the reopening in July 2007. With this club ROBINSON proves once more to be environmentally conscious by using an efficient system of domestic waste water treatment and of desalination, thus protecting the natural water reserves. Use of solar energy.
Accommodation at Robinson Club Esquinzo Playa:
381 rooms (single and double rooms, family rooms, junior suites and suites) all renovated (except for the family economy rooms), 8 room categories, all dispose of balcony and terrace, separate shower/lavatory, direct distance dialing telephone, TV, hairdryer, fridge and safe. There is only a limited number of ‘single with child’ rooms and of economy rooms.
Eating & Drinking in Esquinzo Playa:
Various buffet areas in the main restaurant, late riser breakfast, Bistro Line, midnight snack. In addition, in the evening you can also opt for the specialties restaurant. ALL INCLUSIVE from ROBINSON: from early morning until late in the evening all the food and drinks (except for champagne and high quality wines) are included in the price.
Exercise is everything at ROBINSON:
Robinson-WATER FREAKS: 60 surf boards, NAISH Riggs, 12 Hobie Cat catamarans.
For free: available only if you have a surf certificate, respectively a catamaran certificate, or if you have the equivalent qualification and the corresponding practical experience. Catamaran courses only for youngsters over 14, because of offshore winds. The open sea also requires specific skills because of the sea conditions and of the surf. Sailing possibilities are limited between the months of June and August as the winds can reach 7 Bft.
Courses are available for a fee.
TENNIS in Club Esquinzo Playa:
Ten quartz tennis courts (out of which five indoors and five with flood lights). You can quench your thirst at the tennis bar.
For free: the use of the courts and of the rackets supplied by the firm HEAD. Courses are also available.

ROBY CLUB: the whole day from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m., open for SUPERMINIS (3-4), MINIS (5-6), MAXIS (7-9) and KIDS (10-12). For free: baby set and baby phones (it is imperative that you book in advance), ROBY unicycle school (only during school holidays). For a fee: ROBY tennis course, ROBY studio und ROBY swimming school Sharky (external firm, extra costs), in-line skating (external firm, only during school holidays, implies extra costs). For the ROBS (over 13 years) there are programmes available by the hour.
The country and its people at Robinson Club Esquinzo Playa:
For a fee: organisation of local partner agencies: ROBINSONADES such as Cat trips, enduro tours, on the road with all terrain vehicles through the island, mountain bike or cycling tours, jet skiing. All ROBINSONADES imply extra costs. (external firm, reserves the right to changes in the programme)
Open all year.
Day of arrival: daily, main arrival day: Monday and Saturday.
On the day of your arrival you use the room starting with 3 p.m.. On departure day you can uses the room up to the last minute for a fee of 25 Euro, if there is availability and after prior consultation with the reception.
First class train ticket to the airport included in the price. Direct transfer to the club only for ROBINSON guests (in co-operation with the ROBINSON CLUB JANDIA PLAYA).
